This course takes you day by day over 40-days, but if you wish to, you can do it over a longer or shorter period of time. When you access the course, all content is divided by day, so you may easily follow the content.
In addition, Yoga for Insomnia is divided in 10 PHASES, designed to gradually create deep transformation and healing.
