What you will receive as part of the THRIVE TOGETHER MEMBERSHIP:
- A weekly 1h30 ZOOM Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation class. Held on Monday evenings 7PM UK time – REPLAY AVAILABLE FOR 7 DAYS if you have missed the live session.
- YOGA TO THRIVE ONLINE YOGA STUDIO with over 120 breathwork, meditation, yoga and lifestyle classes, AND new content added monthly.
Every month, A new MONTHLY FOCUS with a yoga and a meditation class added to the ONLINE STUDIO around a central theme related to spiritual growth & personal development which we then also breakdown and expand around in bi-monthly spiritual / philosophical coaching calls. The monthly focus classes make for a great daily practice for the month for those who wish to go deeper and subtler in their self-awareness and empowerment journeys.
Occasionally, some live ZOOM DAILY PRACTICE sessions will be added too to practice the monthly focus class in group.
- Bi- monthly spiritual / philosophical coaching lunch time live ZOOM calls. 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month 12-12.45/1 UK time - 13-13.45/2PM SPAIN Time (dates subject to change). Those calls are also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share with the community. Calls will be recorded for the most part and can be accessed on replay (When people share during the calls and do not wish to be recorded, recording will be paused).
